Brendan Ryan

Led 40+ large scale programs over 2 decades across Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Superannuation, Government, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Not-for-Profit organisations globally
Proud of the help and support provided to clients in system optimisations, restructures, operating model redesigns, mergers & acquisitions and risk transformations
Passionate about and immersed in the South East Qld's start-up and small business community

Graduate and post graduate qualifications in Business Coaching, Leadership, Commerce and Business Management
Extensive applied experience in methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, CCD, Prince II and Agile
Family orientated and values driven
Sports and activity lover. Special interests include triathlons, golfing, camping, AFL football (Hawthorn), soccer, tennis and cricket

Brendan's Journey

Throughout my journey, I’m often asked to reflect on what I believe underpins transformation success. Success has always been about the people and the team. It’s rarely been about the plan, the methods, the solution type or the budget size.
Over the past decade, I’ve explored team dynamics, and how I can best help to shape team performance, particularly those delivering change. I graduated from Australian Institute of Professional Councillors in 2023 where I had a unique opportunity to learn and test global best practice in capability and team performance improvement
In January 2024 I was thrilled to launch Workspring; a business specialising in Assurance and Development Programs for Delivery Teams
